We have a dedicated service team of over 100 engineers, whom are all experts in everything Zip Water. Based all over the country, the team can provide a fast and attentive service as well as a guarantee of genuine manufacturer spares, parts and filters.

HydroCare is our award winning service and maintenance plans. There is a choice of packages available, from a simple filter replacement through to more comprehensive plans that include parts and labour and an annual inspection. For those in hard water areas we also offer optional limescale management.
